SPECIFICATIONS

Kitchen

Black granite kitchen counter slab and stainless steel sink with single drain board will be provided. Installation of granite slab, and steel sink to be completed by the Interior contractor. Glazed tile above the working platform to a height of 60cms.

Flooring

Vitrified tiles for entire apartment with the exception for toilets.

Toilets

Ceramic tiles for floor and glazed tiles for walls, and fixtures of premium quality. Hot and cold water mixer with shower in all toilets.

Doors and Windows

Door frames in solid wood with panelled shutter or moulded wooden doors. Wooden frames with panelled shutters or flush doors for other rooms. Aluminium windows with glazed shutters.

Electrical Provisions

Wiring with adequate light, fan and plug points, controlled by ELCB and MCBs with independent KSEB meters for each flat. Provision for Air conditioner in all rooms. KSEB connection subject to Government rules and regulations.
