Kitchen 

Black granite top for counter and stainless steel sink with single drain board will be provided in the flat as standard for kitchen. Concrete slab for kitchen counter optional on request at the time of booking at addtional cost. Glazed tile above the working platform to height of 40 cms.  

Please note that if  out side agencies are doing your interiors including kitchen cabinets, the granite slab and kitchen sink to be fixed by them. 

Flooring 

Vitrified tiles flooring.

Toilets

Ceramic tiles for floor and glazed tiles for walls up to a height of 165 cms and fixtures of premium quality. 

Aluminum windows with glazed shutters.

Doors

Apartment main door frame in teakwood with paneled shutter. Wooden frames with paneled shutters or flush doors for other rooms. 

Electrical Provisions

Wiring with adequate light, fan and plug points, controlled by ELCB and MCBs with independent KSEB meters. Provision for Airconditioner in Master Bedroom. KSEB connection subject to Governement rules and regulations. 

Generator

 Standby Generator for emergency lighting, lifts, common lighting and lights and fans in all apartments.  Auto switchover optional.

Lift

One passenger lift and one passenger cum service lift.

Painting 

Acrylic Emulsion paint with putty finish for interior and enamel paint for wood work. Long-lasting exterior paint.

Water Supply 

KWA water supply with sump tank and overhead tank for drinking purpose subject to Government rules and regulations and ground water for all other purpose.

Fire Arrangement 

Firefighting arrangement as per National Building Code and Kerala Fire Force Department requirements.
